Cosy Corner at Leeuwin Naturaliste National Park in Western Australia
Description:  The beach faces to the southwest so can have some waves but scattered island offshore provide some shelter. There are no facilities, the nearest water, toilets and shop are at Hamelin Bay 9km north. Cosy Corner is an unofficial beach that has been used for nude bathing. It is somewhat overlooked from the car park so it is best considered during less busy periods. The weather is best between November and April with temperatures from 20 to 40C. The sea breeze usually comes in around midday and can blow the soft sand everywhere, so the morning is usually the best time on the beach. Take a strong windbreak if you intend staying longer.
Directions:  Cosy Corner lies between Margaret River and Augusta, just off Caves Road within the Leeuwin Naturaliste National Park. The car park is above the beach and there is a sloping, well maintained path down on to the beach. The sand is clean and stretches for approximately 500m.
